About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop successful relationships with clients, consultants, architects, sub-contractors and other project stakeholders
Effectively manage projects while following Maple Reinders’ processes and procedures
Ensure each project is delivered with quality and consistency
Define project methodology with the project team
Ensure project goals are met and communication is maintained
Take overall responsibility for project success
Lead teams of Estimators, Superintendents, Project Coordinators and hourly employees
Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Coordinators
Manage ICI building projects typically valued at $5-$50M

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 or more years' experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry with a general contractor
A University Degree/Technology Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or a combination of education and industry experience
Experience in markets such as Food and Beverage, Defense, Educational, Mass Timber and Recreation Centers is considered an asset
Ability to manage ICI projects valued at $5-$50M
Travel to sites
