About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage water and wastewater construction projects, typically valued at $20–$50M
- Define project schedules and ensure project goals are met
- Maintain communication across project teams and stakeholders
- Develop successful relationships with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders
- Manage projects according to Maple Reinders’ processes and procedures
- Ensure projects are delivered with quality and consistency
- Mentor junior Project Managers and Coordinators
- Travel to project sites in Ontario
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 or more years experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry with a general contractor
- A University Degree/Technology Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a combination of education and industry experience
- Travel to site required
- Experience and knowledge in ICI and/or water - wastewater treatment construction is considered an asset
- Designations such as PMP, P, Eng. and Gold Seal are preferred
