About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage Water and Wastewater construction projects, typically valued at $20–$50M
- Define project schedules and ensure goals are met
- Maintain project communication and accountability
- Develop relationships with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders
- Manage projects according to Maple Reinders’ processes and procedures
- Ensure projects are delivered with quality and consistency
- Mentor Project Coordinators and support their career progression
- Work alongside construction professionals
- Travel to project sites as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 or more years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry with a general contractor
- University Degree or Technology Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a combination of education and industry experience
- Travel to site required
- Experience working on Water/Wastewater projects is considered an asset
- PMP, P. Eng., and Gold Seal designations are preferred
- Resume and project list submission required
