About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define business processes to measure, analyze, improve, and control reviewed processes
- Work with business and development teams to understand functional and non-functional requirements, provide feedback, and communicate changes
- Analyze and document business and user requirements and create functional requirements specifications
- Draft recommendations for system alternatives or enhancements
- Investigate business performance measures to support business planning
- Assist with cost-benefit analyses for proposed systems
- Identify improvement opportunities and document knowledge for Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Execute basic IT service management practices for incident, change, problem, and solution delivery
- Support Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) delivery methodologies and basic configuration tasks
- Assist with test case development and execution
- Plan, conduct, and document user stories and user feedback
- Support development of prototypes and wireframes
- Partner with refining stakeholders, product leadership, and external software vendors to deliver digital capabilities across the refining value chain
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems preferred, related field or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Understanding of core AI concepts and methods
- Knowledge of change management
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
