About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the Digital Pipeline Product Line within the Midstream Digital organization
  • Define and execute the technology vision supporting Logistics & Storage, Natural Gas, and Natural Gas Liquids capabilities
  • Develop product strategies, value stream roadmaps, and digital solutions to improve operational performance, reliability, and growth
  • Identify, evaluate, and pilot emerging technologies that enhance pipeline capabilities and create business value
  • Collaborate across Operations Technology, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Service Management, and Support teams
  • Lead and empower technology professionals through direction, coaching, performance management, and career development
  • Manage daily team operations, recruitment, development, retention, and performance
  • Plan and lead low- to medium-complexity IT projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, quality delivery
  • Ensure technology system availability, reliability, and security
  • Lead digital product and solution lifecycles from ideation through delivery and support
  • Orchestrate collaboration across development, QA, and operations for timely, high-quality releases
  • Use performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement, sustainability, resilience, and service excellence
  • Manage cybersecurity, data integrity, regulatory compliance, budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships
  • Align product roadmaps with business strategy and long-term objectives
  • Build business partnerships, gather and prioritize requirements, and translate them into actionable roadmaps
  • Drive change management, user adoption, training, documentation, and value realization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or another computer-related field required
  • Ten (10) or more years of diversified IT experience required
  • Three (3) or more years of direct or indirect leadership experience required
  • Experience delivering digital products or services aligned with business strategy, including oversight of project timelines and vendor relationships required
  • Experience driving change management initiatives, ensuring adoption, and achieving short- to medium-term business goals required
  • Experience adapting and executing plans based on established strategies and organizational objectives required
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams preferred
  • Experience managing exempt professional staff preferred
  • Industry experience in pipeline and/or logistics systems preferred
  • Agile certifications optional but valued
  • Exposure to or leadership of Operational Technology (OT), SOX, and business-critical solutions strongly preferred
  • Strategic leadership and vision for digital transformation and technology innovation
  • Experience developing product roadmaps and driving business value through technology investments
  • Strong collaboration skills with business and technology stakeholders
  • Passion for emerging technologies and continuous improvement
  • Success leading teams, developing talent, and delivering results through others
  • Ability to navigate complex operational environments while balancing reliability, security, and innovation
