About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead critical projects within the Commercial organization for successful execution and delivery of Digital solutions
Ensure solutions align with business needs, technical capabilities, and strategic initiatives
Gather and analyze requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders and identify cross-functional changes and impacts
Define business processes to measure, analyze, improve, and control reviewed processes
Develop recommendations for systems alternatives and enhancements
Investigate business performance and apply continuous iterative processes
Facilitate root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed systems
Support implementation of improved team working processes
Monitor IT service management practices around Incident, Change, Problem, and Solution Development Lifecycle delivery methodologies
Support audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements through documentation, controls, and traceability
Coordinate test case development and execution
Plan, execute, and document user stories and user feedback for prototypes and wireframes
Identify and evaluate opportunities to use AI and AI-assisted tools to improve processes, analysis, documentation, testing, decision-making, knowledge management, and productivity

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, related field or equivalent experience
2+ years of relevant experience required
Experience in the Energy industry preferred
Experience leveraging AI tools and data analysis preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Knowledge of AI fundamentals and AI-assisted tools
Knowledge of change management
