About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the definition of business processes to measure, analyze, improve, and control reviewed processes
- Lead initiatives from concept through implementation, focusing on business outcomes, value realization, and user adoption
- Communicate with stakeholders to align requirements and identify cross-functional changes and impacts
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to align priorities, resolve challenges, and deliver strategic digital initiatives
- Develop recommendations for systems alternatives and enhancements
- Investigate business performance and apply continuous iterative processes to support business planning
- Perform cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses for proposed systems
- Support improvements to team working processes
- Support monitoring of IT service management practices for incident, change, problem, and SDLC delivery
- Coordinate test case development, execution, and technology delivery strategy
- Plan, execute, and document user stories and user feedback to support prototypes and wireframes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems preferred, related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience required
- Experience with Data Contextualization or Industrial Digital Twin technologies preferred
- Experience supporting refining, manufacturing, industrial, or operational technology (OT) environments preferred
- Experience developing or supporting digital tools for rounds, logbooks, task tracking, or digital permitting capabilities preferred
- Proven ability to drive efforts across diverse teams and drive successful outcomes in complex environments preferred
- Knowledge of AI fundamentals, change management, Agile methodologies, analytical thinking, business analysis, and business partner relations
