About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support real projects and routine operations and maintenance for Natural Gas & Natural Gas Liquids Services.
- Develop project scopes, including estimating, scheduling, design, contractor engagement, and construction oversight.
- Support DOT-regulated pipeline integrity and maintenance programs.
- Perform field work at pipelines, compressor stations, pump stations, gas processing plants, and related facilities.
- Support automation/controls, electrical, process, process optimization, project, operations, and reliability engineering initiatives.
- Support pipeline integrity, corrosion, and measurement services.
- Work side-by-side with experienced professionals as contributing members of diverse work teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, Petroleum/Natural Gas, or Electrical Engineering.
- Concurrent enrollment in a Bachelor's degree (or higher) seeking program for the duration of the experience.
- Strong academic performance.
- Available to work on site 40 hours per week.
- Valid driver's license for work-related travel.
- Must be able to provide reliable transportation to and from place of work.
- Must be able to spend time in the field monitoring and managing activities as required in various areas of midstream natural gas and light crude facilities.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
- Available for multiple work terms is preferred.
