About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage assigned Industrial Cleaning and SIPA Services categories to optimize the supply base and deliver maximum value
  • Identify and execute cost savings, cost avoidance, revenue enhancement, and risk reduction opportunities
  • Analyze data, total cost of ownership, and should-cost models to support category strategy
  • Develop, implement, and manage category strategies and commercial agreements
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop supplier KPIs and facilitate supplier performance issue resolution
  • Lead utilization and performance assessments
  • Identify and lead strategic sourcing projects, including project planning, cross-functional coordination, milestone tracking, reporting, and presentations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on category demand, spend, risks, and business requirements
  • Mentor Category Analysts to ensure category strategies are executed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Six (6) or more years of Supply Chain or business relevant experience
  • Experience and qualifications commensurate with the posted level
  • Technical or advanced degrees strongly considered for higher career levels/grading
