About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the development and management of engineering programs and strategic initiatives across midstream and light crude operations
  • Support regulatory compliance and corporate sustainability goals
  • Partner with Environmental and Sustainability teams to interpret regulations, identify emission sources, and implement emission reduction initiatives
  • Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance/I&E, Engineering, Business Development, Project Controls, Supply Chain, project managers, contract engineering firms, and vendors
  • Evaluate project viability, constraints, and solutions
  • Apply expertise in natural gas gathering, processing, fractionation, compression, stabilization, dehydration, treating, and storage
  • Support front-end project development by coordinating multidisciplinary engineering tasks and managing resources
  • Prepare scope, schedule, and budget estimates
  • Monitor regulations, emerging technologies, and industry trends
  • Develop and maintain automated visual reports in Power BI
  • Gather data and develop automated processes to improve data-driven decision making

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering required
  • Six (6) years or more related experience required
  • Valid driver's license required
  • 2 years' experience with Natural Gas Facilities preferred
  • Previous experience with project management and cost estimating preferred
  • Previous experience with Power BI and Power Automate preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools
