About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with internal business partners and IT to develop and implement strategies that optimize corporate value
- Participate in and lead internal and cross-organizational projects
- Lead improvement recommendations and initiatives to streamline operations and enhance productivity using established process improvement methodologies
- Present recommendations to senior and executive management and global teams
- Lead client meetings with business and development teams
- Communicate with senior leaders to execute complex cross-functional processes and applications
- Recommend systems alternatives and enhancements by assessing business processes and identifying inefficiencies
- Partner with business teams to investigate performance, leverage data-driven solutions, track progress, and ensure sustainable improvement
- Lead cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses for proposed systems
- Mentor colleagues and improve team capabilities across IT Service Management disciplines
- Lead development and execution of cross-functional technology testing strategies
- Plan, conduct, and document user stories and user feedback; communicate feedback to senior leaders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Business related field preferred; related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience required
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, ITIL, PMP, SAFe, or comparable certification preferred
- Experience analyzing operational data, business processes, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities preferred
- Experience facilitating discussions with stakeholders to evaluate business needs and develop practical solutions preferred
- Experience supporting enterprise technology, process transformation, or continuous improvement initiatives preferred
- Experience developing business cases, performance measures, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify architectural challenges, analyze requirements, evaluate options, and propose effective solutions
- Understanding of core AI concepts and methods, ability to apply AI to job-relevant use cases and contribute to organizational AI reimagination
- Knowledge of business analysis, business process modeling and redesign, change management, continuous improvement, quality assurance, requirements management, SDLC, and specifications development
