About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Organize, prioritize, and assess work for Agile teams
- Drive strategic direction, roadmap, and delivery of Source to Receipt and Enterprise Payables capabilities
- Serve as product leader for supply chain, procurement, inventory management, and accounts payable domains
- Partner with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Translate business strategy into actionable product roadmaps
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs
- Define user stories and acceptance criteria
- Optimize and modernize solutions across the source-to-pay and procure-to-pay value chain
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, compliance requirements, and organizational objectives
- Drive continuous improvement and support digital transformation initiatives
- Build customer- and internal-facing products with superior user experience
- Align teams on product roadmaps, releases, and business objectives
- Collaborate with Agile teams, stakeholders, customers, and business representatives to resolve product-development issues
- Work with Research and Development, UX, business, and operations teams to align product strategies and gather insights
- Identify product issues, make decisions, and perform trade-off analyses
- Prioritize feature backlogs, releases, and long-term product roadmaps
- Conduct customer research and product discovery
- Synthesize market factors into product strategy
- Collect quantitative data to evaluate product initiatives
- Write epics and stories that communicate customer and stakeholder needs
- Promote Agile approaches across teams and areas
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in information systems preferred, related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience required
- Experience supporting Source to Receipt, Enterprise Payables (Source to Pay/Procure to Pay) business capabilities required
- Experience with SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP Procurement and Accounts Payables preferred
- Experience within the energy, manufacturing, or transportation industries preferred
- Product Owner Certification (CSPO, PSPO) preferred
- Knowledge of Agile methodology, backlog management, product development, product lifecycle management, UX, change management, AI fundamentals, and industry product knowledge
- Experience organizing, prioritizing, and assessing work for Agile teams
- Experience with SAP Procurement, SAP Ariba, SAP Materials Management, SAP Accounts Payables, and Open Text Vendor Invoice Management
- Ability to define user stories and acceptance criteria
- Ability to translate business strategy into actionable product roadmaps
- Ability to collect quantitative data and evaluate product initiative viability
