About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and drive the overall solution architecture strategy and roadmap for business initiatives
Serve as a coordinating architectural advisor for cross-functional solution delivery
Collaborate with business stakeholders, Enterprise Architects, and System Architects on cohesive, value-driven designs
Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business and architecture strategies
Mentor and guide teams in solution architecture best practices across Business, Application, Technology, Information, and Security architecture domains
Resolve complex integration and alignment challenges across systems
Represent solution architecture in business and IT strategy discussions
Bridge business needs and technical implementation to ensure solutions address core business problems

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, related field or equivalent experience required
Five (5) or more years of relevant IT experience required
Two (2) or more years of relevant architecture experience required
Experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Digital Architecture
Strong focus on designing and delivering solutions within Microsoft Azure cloud environments preferred
Experience architecting and implementing AI solutions, including Azure AI services, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and emerging AI/ML architecture patterns preferred
Experience in data architecture, including enterprise data platforms, data modeling, system integration patterns, data governance, data quality, and master data management (MDM) preferred
Experience developing scalable, secure, and resilient architecture solutions aligned with business objectives, technology strategies, and enterprise architecture standards
Experience translating complex business requirements into cloud, data, and AI-enabled technology solutions preferred
Knowledge of Big Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, DevSecOps, Internet of Things (IoT), Machine Learning, Process Orchestration, and Solution Architecture
Understanding of Agile Methodology and Change Management
Strong analytical thinking, systems thinking, and business acumen
