About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work alongside the Deployments team to map clients' business processes end-to-end
  • Build ROI models and presentations that make the business case for each deployment
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for the engineering team
  • Coordinate implementations, ensuring the solution stays aligned with what the client actually needs
  • Own the client relationship during deployment, unblocking access, data, and decisions
  • Support the expansion and growth of enterprise accounts
  • Act as a credible presence in front of client stakeholders, including senior and C-level stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3 years of experience in top-tier consulting (MBB or similar), pre-MBA
  • Genuine interest in technology and startups
  • Strong analytical and communication skills; comfortable building models and presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Ability to relocate to Bogotá
  • Full-time availability
  • Willingness to work on-site
  • Nice to have: prior exposure to tech implementation or AI projects
