About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary marketing partner to Earthy Gourmet and Local When We Can.
  • Own content and channel strategy for Earthy Gourmet's course, podcast, YouTube channel, and Substack.
  • Plan and produce content across both brands, including social calendars, video editing, podcast and YouTube content, and Substack copy.
  • Manage social channels, including posting cadence, community engagement, and channel growth.
  • Support digital promotion of Rachel's course.
  • Design brochures, one-pagers, and presentation materials for Local When We Can's retail partnership conversations.
  • Provide strategic guidance on positioning, campaign direction, and channel strategy.
  • Maintain marketing records and workflows in the Monday CRM.
  • Coordinate clearly and consistently across both brands in a fully remote working relationship.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Full bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken, is required.
  • Marketing experience in consumer/CPG or wellness/health categories.
  • Hands-on video editing ability.
  • Mid-level profile with enough practical experience to advise on strategy, but not a recent graduate and not a senior, leadership-track candidate.
  • Ability to work autonomously and remotely without close supervision.
  • Clear and consistent communication.
  • Experience marketing a founder-led or personal brand is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with podcast and YouTube production workflows is valuable.
  • Experience supporting a food or CPG brokerage's trade marketing function is nice to have.
  • Newsletter platform experience (Substack or similar) is nice to have.
  • Proficiency with design tools like Canva or Adobe is nice to have.
  • Prior exposure to Monday or a comparable CRM is nice to have.
