Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Comfortable managing high volume without sacrificing quality
  • Ability to build trust quickly with families, counselors, and teammates
  • Ability to work through complexity and ambiguity with curiosity and calm
  • Ability to spot patterns, uncover blockers, and find practical paths forward
  • Highly organized with disciplined caseload management, clean notes, and reliable daily rhythms
  • Positive energy and stamina for high-volume, high-impact work
