About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned corporate partners
- Maintain partner relationships through trust, responsiveness, and consistent delivery
- Set and uphold clear, realistic expectations regarding deliverables, timelines, and outcomes
- Monitor partner satisfaction, resolve issues early, and escalate risks to the Account Owner
- Adapt and deploy corporate engagement enablement materials and frameworks for each partner
- Coordinate partnership implementation across Mission, MarCom, Finance, and Legal
- Track deliverables, milestones, risks, and open items across assigned partnerships
- Communicate proactively with Account Owners, the Vice President, and internal partners
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including communication activity, renewal status, and partner health indicators
- Coordinate Finance and Legal touchpoints on post-close processes
- Keep Account Owners informed about partner health, relationship dynamics, delivery status, risks, and opportunities
- Document partner feedback, open items, and satisfaction signals to support renewal readiness
- Support handoff into the renewal phase by maintaining relationship knowledge and partnership history
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of experience in account management, partnership management, or client services
- Ideally experience in a nonprofit, corporate social responsibility, or sponsorship environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and process orientation
- Ability to manage a complex portfolio while tracking commitments, deadlines, and relationship nuances
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate across all levels of seniority
- Strong knowledge of expectation management and strategic judgment in execution
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines across internal teams and external partners
- Proficiency in CRM systems; Salesforce preferred
- Familiarity with the corporate philanthropy, cause marketing, or nonprofit partnership landscape
- Commitment to the mission of March of Dimes
- Ability to represent the organization with professionalism and integrity
