Key responsibilities & impact

Communicate issues, risks, recommendations, and progress to business partners, end users, and team members
Maintain data integrity through audits and validations
Troubleshoot issues using research, root cause analysis, and end-to-end testing
Manage support tickets and enhancement requests, providing updates and escalating risks or issues
Collaborate with business and IT teams to design, develop, and document JD Edwards EnterpriseOne solutions
Build custom solutions by coding, testing, and configuring according to business requirements and JD Edwards standards
Define and document system goals and technical system requirements
Address system irregularities and troubleshoot application issues
Provide functional and technical design activities
Develop and support interfaces between EnterpriseOne and other applications
Gather, refine, and document requirements with functional users and user groups
Review code, design documents, test cases, and configurations
Develop and maintain applications, reports, Orchestrations, and UDO objects
Create and execute unit and integration testing, implementation, and post-rollout reviews
Lead and coordinate user acceptance testing
Provide application and interface support for JD Edwards applications
Manage and prioritize incident tickets to ensure prompt resolution and minimal business impact
Coordinate incident management with IT teams and departments
Provide advanced technical support and escalate unresolved issues
Analyze application logs and performance metrics
Write technical specifications based on functional design specifications
Maintain application support documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge bases
Prepare and present application performance, incident, and support reports to management
Provide expert end-user guidance and troubleshoot complex user issues
Develop and deliver training materials and sessions
Support solution design, development, testing, and applications for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2
Work collaboratively with Enterprise Applications and PMO teams to drive process, software, and system enhancements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
3+ years’ experience supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications
Experience designing solutions for complex problems
Experience in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne application upgrades/migrations
Experience with business functions, master business functions, and NER
Experience with Object Oriented Event Driven programming; C, C++, Java, Java Script
Experience with JD Edwards BSSV
Experience with EnterpriseOne tool set (FDA, RDA, OMW, etc.)
Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne distributed architecture
Knowledge of ASU, ESU, and SP and their impact to the development life cycle
Experience with development tools including BI Publisher, groovy scripts, Watchlists, Orchestration, Café One, UX One, and One View reporting
Ability to understand end-to-end ERP processes, cross-platform integrations, data flows, and downstream impacts
Ability to prioritize and support configuration, testing, system updates, documentation, and training
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong programming fundamentals and analytical background
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on root cause analysis
Understanding of HR lifecycle and talent processes, with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
Project management experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Ability to maintain a private, professional workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection
Ability to communicate effectively in person and through virtual, telephone, and other business channels
Ability to use a computer for extended periods
Ability to occasionally access and navigate construction or job-site environments, including stairs or ladders, when required
Experience supporting or troubleshooting integrations between JDE and third-party or enterprise platforms is a plus
Previous experience working for a construction company and/or with a bilingual workforce is a plus
Experience with Hubble/Insight reporting tool is preferred
Experience with HTML, servlets, and web application design is preferred
Strong business knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Financial, Job Cost, and Purchasing is preferred
