About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, primarily Talent, Learning, and Performance Management, with cross-functional support for Core HR, Benefits, and Recruiting
  • Communicate issues, risks, recommendations, and progress to business partners, end users, and team members
  • Maintain data integrity through audits and validations
  • Troubleshoot issues using research, root cause analysis, and end-to-end testing
  • Support system configuration, testing, documentation, enhancements, and ongoing optimization across assigned HCM modules
  • Support and troubleshoot integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and connected enterprise platforms
  • Coordinate end-to-end testing, monitor data flows, identify downstream impacts, and partner with technical teams to resolve issues
  • Support access reviews, process automation, system improvements, releases, and special HRIS initiatives
  • Develop and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports for reporting, analysis, validation, and troubleshooting
  • Manage support tickets and enhancement requests, provide timely updates, and escalate risks or issues when appropriate
  • Work collaboratively across HR, Talent, IT, and business teams
  • This position has no direct reports

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of progressive analyst experience
  • 4+ years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud for HCM and/or Talent products
  • Experience supporting or troubleshooting integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and third-party or enterprise platforms is a plus
  • Previous experience working for a construction company and/or with a bilingual workforce is a plus
  • Understanding of end-to-end ERP processes, cross-platform integrations, data flows, downstream impacts, HCM modules, reporting, security, and business processes
  • Ability to prioritize and support configuration, testing, system updates, documentation, and training
  • Proficiency with Excel, SQL, and HCM reporting tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on root cause analysis
  • Understanding of HR lifecycle and talent processes, with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to occasionally adjust work hours for projects, system activities, releases, or critical business needs
  • Maintain a private, professional workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance
  • Ability to communicate effectively through in-person, virtual, telephone, and other business channels
  • Ability to use a computer for extended periods
  • Ability to occasionally access and navigate construction or job-site environments, including stairs or ladders
