About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide accurate and timely information on programs and services to customers
  • Process documents manually and electronically to resolve ordering, shipping, or ticketing issues
  • Update internal tracking systems
  • Receive inbound calls from participants and answer order-related questions
  • Recommend solutions based on participant issues
  • Review and update order information in the proprietary system
  • Assist with back-end support as needed
  • Attend training sessions regarding new and current clients
  • Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST
  • Temporary position estimated to last until February 2027

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • 1-2 years of Customer Service Experience
  • Call center environment experience highly preferred
  • Strong computer knowledge and proficiency navigating multiple screens in an online environment
  • Excellent communication skills with clear, articulate phone voice
  • Proficient writing and grammar skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong keyboarding and data entry skills
  • Quiet dedicated workspace with no distractions when working remotely
  • Reliable home internet connection; no Dish internet connection
  • Permanent authorization to work in the U.S.; sponsorship is not provided
