About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute all aspects of MABI portfolio brand plans in the assigned market
- Implement wholesaler plans and distributor incentive programs
- Ensure key account execution
- Work with District Manager-level distributor influencers to execute sales and brand plans
- Track and report ongoing market conditions through the MABIlity tool
- Provide weekly retail/market recaps on execution and performance
- Collaborate with teammates in the field and share best practices
- Coordinate market execution and activation drives for key initiatives, new item launches, and distribution drives
- Ensure brand execution standards for pricing, shelf placement, cold box placement, displays, draft, and bottle placement
- Monitor and report competitive trends
- Evaluate personal performance monthly and develop growth areas
- Manage operating and travel-and-expense costs within company guidelines
- Spend approximately 18 days monthly on retail execution, surveying, distribution, displays, and advertising features
- Spend approximately 2 days monthly on administrative requirements and local initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 0 to 2 years of experience
- 1-2+ years’ experience working with wholesaler in beverage category or CPG (preferred)
- Very high sense of urgency, well organized, great attitude, and team-player mindset
- Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Willingness to invest significant time and energy into career development
- Mobility is mandatory; continued relocation may be required for future opportunities
- Strong analytical and math skills for budgeting and analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel), including ability to develop and present
- Ability to travel as necessary
- Bachelor's Degree
