About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Learn clients' businesses, including KPIs, competition, seasonality, products, customers, margins, promotional calendars, and brand guidelines
  • Build affiliate strategies aligned with clients' growth goals
  • Deliver proactive client communication, strong results, and exceptional service
  • Recruit new publishers and maintain a healthy, diverse partner mix
  • Develop and nurture publisher relationships across multiple niches
  • Communicate brand updates, products, incentives, and initiatives to publishers
  • Negotiate placements, product launches, offers, exclusive products, and deals
  • Structure publisher payouts while protecting client brand integrity
  • Drive content commerce, including pitch lists, pitches, backlink and article inclusion opportunities, and coverage reporting
  • Recruit and manage influencers using internal tools and third-party platforms
  • Provide regular client reporting on outreach, performance metrics, and results
  • Convert performance data into strategic recommendations to improve program performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of affiliate marketing experience, with a proven track record of growing client programs
  • Established relationships with publishers across multiple verticals
  • Working knowledge of major affiliate networks, including CJ, Rakuten, Awin, Impact, and Pepperjam
  • A client-first mindset, with a track record of operating as an extension of clients' teams
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges and opportunities directly
  • Proven ability to work independently, take ownership of results, and follow through with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn and apply new marketing channels
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced agency environment while managing a variety of responsibilities
  • Daily presence at the LoDo/Union Station office required for local Denver candidates; exceptional remote candidates considered
