About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and execute regional growth strategies to accelerate revenue, expand market share, and strengthen competitive position
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential Dealers
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product and internal teams on priorities, go-to-market strategies, resources, and best practices
  • Cultivate relationships with existing Dealers to drive top-line growth and long-term partnership success
  • Use data and performance analytics to identify business drivers, uncover gaps, and improve results
  • Develop and execute targeted territory sales plans
  • Design and deliver training and coaching programs for Dealers
  • Monitor competitive landscape and market trends
  • Prioritize high-impact opportunities using 80/20 principles
  • Support additional strategic initiatives and projects as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience within a Dealer or distributor channel
  • Experience with consumer durable goods and branded products is required
  • Proven success in Dealer channel sales
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Track record of exceeding sales goals through strong leadership and execution
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships and influence a wide range of personalities within a Dealer network
  • Strong customer focus
  • Results-driven mindset with initiative and follow-through
  • Solid business acumen and understanding of market dynamics, business operations, and organizational culture
  • Ability to interpret and clearly communicate key financial metrics
  • Knowledge of or passion for water quality improvement and adjacent industries is preferred
  • Ability to work at least 40 hours per week during generally regular business hours
  • Approximately 60% travel
  • Completion of additional job-related screening processes following a conditional offer, as permitted or required by law
