Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in structured rotations across manufacturing operations
  • Complete three 8-month rotations among Production Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Quality
  • Analyze and improve production processes using lean and Six Sigma tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real business challenges
  • Lead people, safety, quality, and efficiency initiatives
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Complete a Continuous Improvement capstone project with measurable ROI
  • Gain operational and leadership experience through technical and leadership training, certifications, mentorship, and project-based rotations
  • Potentially transition into a Production Supervisor, Process Engineer, Planner, or Quality Control Analyst role after the program

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Industrial Technology, Supply Chain, Process Engineering or related field
  • Graduating by May 2027
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrated leadership through internships, sports, co-ops, or campus involvement
  • Demonstrated learning agility
  • Willingness to relocate for rotations and post-program placement
  • Ability to commute within the defined working state
  • Ability to travel 10–15%
  • Willingness to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts
  • Preferred: internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing or operations environment
  • Preferred: exposure to lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or ERP systems
  • Preferred: 3.5+ GPA
  • Candidates must complete additional job-related screening processes following a conditional offer, as permitted or required by applicable law
