About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Set up, operate, and adjust respooling machinery according to specifications and standard operating procedures
Monitor production processes and inspect product quality
Accurately maintain production reports and records
Follow all safety rules and procedures
Work the 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

Requirements

What you’ll need

Some manufacturing or production experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
Previous extrusion or wire and cable experience is a plus
Basic math skills (addition and subtraction)
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Ability to strictly adhere to safety standards and PPE requirements
Ability to pass a post-offer, company-paid physical, drug screen, and background check
