About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with executive and departmental leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives
  • Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, employee development, and change management

  • Oversee onboarding programs
  • Own annual and mid-year performance review cycles
  • Drive goal-setting, feedback, and development initiatives
  • Design and deliver leadership development and learning programs
  • Support career development, succession planning, and internal mobility
  • Partner on compensation planning, salary benchmarking, bonus programs, and promotion decisions
  • Recommend compensation and benefits strategies based on market trends
  • Collaborate with vendors and brokers on benefit plan administration
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and international employment laws and regulations
  • Maintain employee policies, handbooks, and HR procedures
  • Oversee HRIS data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system optimization
  • Manage HR audits, required filings, and employment documentation
  • Partner with payroll to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant compensation
  • Champion a positive, inclusive workplace culture
  • Lead employee engagement surveys and action planning
  • Develop internal communication strategies
  • Advance diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
  • Master's degree and/or SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD, or equivalent certification preferred
  • 6+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including a minimum of 3–5 years in an HR leadership role
  • Demonstrated experience supporting executive leadership and managing complex, sensitive employee relations matters
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law, compliance requirements, compensation, benefits, and performance management
  • Experience with both US and UK HR compliance
  • Proven track record in compensation and bonus planning, organizational design, and change management
  • Experience in executive coaching, employee relations, talent development, and succession planning
  • Experience with M&A integration
  • Strategic thinking and strong business acumen
  • Exceptional leadership presence and ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage confidential and sensitive matters with discretion
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to balance long-term strategic initiatives with day-to-day operational execution
  • Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and performance management systems
