About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead development and execution of annual and long-range brand plans for the Mars Corporate brand
  • Develop and deliver integrated campaigns and communications across paid-earned-shared-owned touchpoints
  • Grow brand awareness, elevate reputation, and increase association between the Mars Corporate brand and its portfolio of brands
  • Analyze business performance, competitive dynamics, consumer insights, and category trends
  • Translate insights into recommendations on strategic choices and opportunities to increase activation effectiveness
  • Drive clarity, alignment, and decision-making across complex internal stakeholders
  • Influence stakeholders across Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Insights, Legal, business segments, and geographies
  • Lead an integrated external agency team delivering strategic and creative initiatives
  • Own budget planning, spend tracking, and investment optimization
  • Track brand and activation performance against KPIs
  • Champion new methodologies, tools, and AI-enabled approaches to drive efficiencies
  • Partner closely with Internal Communications and External Communications stakeholders
  • Report to the Corporate Brand and Purpose VP

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BS/BA degree
  • 5-10 years of marketing / brand management / communications experience in FMCG
  • Strong Presentation and Communication Skills
  • Marketing Planning Process
  • Campaign Development and Production
  • Strategic Analysis
  • Project Management
  • Must not require visa sponsorship; Mars does not sponsor visas for this role
  • Position is not eligible for relocation benefits
