About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the strategic digital business partner across major APAC enterprise operational domains
Shape, maintain, and execute multi-functional digital deployment roadmaps across Lead-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay, Plan-to-Fulfill, Record-to-Report, and Sustainability processes
Govern regional project portfolio investments, capital allocations, and project budgets
Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of at least 12 direct Associates, including first-line managers and technical specialists
Manage team performance, delivery quality, output volume, organizational development, and capability planning
Provide technical, architectural, and analytical guidance during complex deployment scenarios
Direct complex operating model transitions and standardize processes across European markets
Oversee large-scale SAP, Finance and Commercial systems, OMS, MDM, Pricing Engine, and Salesforce.com implementations
Oversee strategic vendors, system integrator deliverables, software vendor SLAs, and external resource integration
Manage data profiling, migration reconciliation, cutover execution, and post-go-live hypercare
Influence market leaders, factory directors, and commercial units to adopt standardized global processes
Drive simplification, standardization, and automation using AI-enabled workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or Engineering
10+ years of progressive digital technology experience leading complex SAP-based enterprise system deployments
Proven experience as a people leader managing direct reports, including first-line managers and senior professionals
In-depth conceptual and practical knowledge of digital deployment methodologies
Moderate cross-functional knowledge of commercial, supply chain, and finance domains
Practical experience managing project investment budgets and overseeing multi-vendor ecosystems
Professional certifications in Project/Program Management (PMP, Agile Scrum/SAFe) or Enterprise Systems (SAP, Salesforce) are preferred
