About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Complete three rotations through different Finance business areas over the three-year program
  • Partner with the business to enable growth and support day-to-day operations
  • Produce periodic and quarterly reporting and ensure timely submission of data in compliance with corporate deadlines
  • Improve processes, procedures, and internal controls
  • Complete special projects based on business needs
  • Drive the finance team’s digital agenda by unlocking analytics capabilities and supporting adoption of next-generation applications and technologies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on tangible assignments with visibility to senior leadership
  • Build capabilities in data storytelling, analysis, process optimization, senior leader communication, project ownership, and stakeholder alignment
  • Participate in training and skill-building events
  • Engage with a diverse community of early-talent finance professionals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Students pursuing a bachelor’s degree program in finance, economics, accounting, or related field
  • Graduation conferral date between December 2026 and June 2027
  • Drive for results and desire to learn
  • Ability to quickly build relationships and collaborate effectively
  • Passion for the consumer products industry and interest in a long-term career in finance and related fields
  • Willingness to relocate to the site of the role and during the program to other Mars locations
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future work sponsorship
  • Successful completion of drug and background screening
