Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, inspire, and manage a global team of T1 and T2 Technical Architects specializing in Azure IS, SAP BTP IS, MuleSoft, Solace, and OpenText
Create Individual Development Plans, define technical training paths, facilitate certifications, conduct performance reviews, and provide technical and leadership coaching
Plan resource capacity and manage the mix of internal Associates and external consulting resources
Define and execute the global integration strategy and long-term multi-iPaaS technology roadmap
Establish and run the Technical Design Authority for integration, including design patterns, reusable frameworks, and architectural guardrails
Oversee platform strategies for Azure Integration Services, SAP BTP Integration Suite, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Solace PubSub+, and OpenText
Manage platform lifecycles, proactive upgrades, legacy framework deprecation, and technical debt reduction
Serve as ultimate engineering escalation point for critical P1/P2 incidents, performance bottlenecks, and security exposures
Monitor platform performance, error rates, and environment health; direct system tuning and configuration optimization
Lead root-cause analysis investigations and implement long-term technical remediations
Collaborate with DevOps and Platform squads on release management, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code deployments
Build relationships with Segment IT Architects, Solution Architects, and Digital Technologies leads
Advise during project discovery and translate segment demands into integration architecture recommendations
Ensure integration builds comply with corporate architecture guidelines and segment timelines
Manage relationships with Microsoft, SAP, MuleSoft, and Solace vendors
Oversee strategic platform system integrators and vendor technical delivery
Collaborate on budgeting, platform licensing, cloud usage forecasting, and internal cross-charges

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 3+ years of experience directly managing technical teams in a global, distributed environment
8+ years of integration experience with substantial exposure to global Consumer Packaged Goods or high-volume manufacturing environments
Deep understanding of global supply chain processes, including Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and GS1 standards
Strong, hands-on background in at least two of Azure Integration Services, SAP BTP Integration Suite, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Solace PubSub+, and OpenText, with high literacy in the remaining platforms
Strong knowledge of cloud security, IAM, network configurations, OAuth 2.0, SAML, and GDPR/CCPA data protection compliance
Proven ability to translate complex corporate business strategies into actionable long-term technical architectures and platform goals
Demonstrated success coaching, mentoring, and structurally upskilling technical professionals
Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical decisions, risks, and trade-offs to executive stakeholders and junior developers
Strong, calm, and analytical leadership during high-pressure outages or critical engineering blockers
Commitment to principles-driven corporate culture, mutuality, high responsibility, and trust
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
Highly desirable certifications in Azure Architecture, SAP BTP, MuleSoft, Solace, or ITIL/TOGAF
