About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead customer sales plans, forecasts, budgets, and business reviews
  • Analyze performance and recommend actions to close business gaps
  • Improve promotional ROI and trade-investment effectiveness
  • Maintain accurate planning systems, reporting, and assumptions
  • Communicate actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Collaborate across Sales, Finance, RGM, and Supply Chain
  • Support business planning, forecasting, trade investment optimization, performance analysis, and actionable insights for the Accelerator business
  • Integrate processes, improve planning capabilities, and enable scalable growth across the portfolio

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong sales planning, financial, and analytical acumen
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills
  • Proven ability to influence, communicate, and manage competing priorities
  • Trade promotion management or forecasting-system experience preferred
  • RGM and promotional-effectiveness experience preferred
  • People-leadership experience preferred
