About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate onboarding, installation, and training activities for reference lab and in-house diagnostic customers
- Project-manage customer onboarding deployments with field support specialists, sales, PIMS integration, and technical services teams
- Coordinate planning and scheduling of reference lab onboarding and in-house diagnostic installations
- Act as primary customer contact throughout installation project implementation
- Manage onboarding dates, PIMS integration activities, field specialist scheduling, and product availability timelines
- Interface with internal and external resources to meet established schedules
- Measure customer satisfaction and deliver high-level customer service to support retention
- Review sales orders for customer contact information, product delivery requirements, and order accuracy
- Oversee process changes from initial contact through project completion
- Compile pre-installation information and alert leadership and commercial teams to issues
- Coordinate with leadership, sales, logistics, freight, field specialists, and customers for installation readiness
- Maintain the Field Specialists’ installation calendar, including installs, training, service calls, and vacation time
- Schedule installations and service calls to minimize travel and accommodation costs
- Record installation and repair case data accurately in CRM
Requirements
What you’ll need- Vet Tech, Vet Nurse, Vet Assistant, or DVM with relevant veterinary practice experience required
- 5+ years of product or customer facing experience required
- Experience either managing customer technical or commercial support is essential
- Clear understanding of stages customer commercial and technical on-boarding
- Versed in both reference lab and in-house diagnostic technologies and their application to the routine veterinary practice preferred
- Must be bilingual in French
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Good business presentation skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Good judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to analyze complex situations and proactively identify opportunities/issues
- Travel requirements could be up to 30% of the time
- Proficiency with CRM, spreadsheets, database management, email, video conferencing, Internet, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams
