About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define, design, and govern enterprise-grade integration architectures across a hybrid-cloud ecosystem
Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and low latency
Act as a segment domain expert for Petcare, Snacking, Food, and other core business segments
Architect end-to-end integration flows connecting SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, WMS, and retail POS systems
Champion API-led connectivity and event-driven architecture
Establish reusable integration patterns, templates, and frameworks across business units
Provide architectural expertise and hands-on design leadership across SAP BTP Integration Suite, Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Solace PubSub+, and OpenText
Collaborate with DevOps and platform squads on CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code
Translate business processes into technical designs for business partners, functional leads, and external partners
Partner with security, data privacy, and compliance teams on authentication, encryption, and global regulatory compliance
Present architectural proposals to digital leadership
Drive domain excellence and mentor junior integration architects and developers
Conduct design reviews and guide the technology roadmap based on emerging trends and integration capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5+ years of experience working within a global Consumer Packaged Goods, retail, or manufacturing enterprise, or serving such clients in an architectural consulting capacity
Proven ability or strong desire to become a domain expert in CPG business processes, including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Supply Chain & Logistics
Solid experience designing and governing MuleSoft Anypoint Platform API-led connectivity, managing API policies, and configuring CloudHub
Proven expertise with Azure Integration Services: Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, and Azure API Management
Deep hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite integrating SAP S/4HANA or ECC with external cloud platforms and cloud LOBs
Experience implementing Solace PubSub+ event mesh networks, real-time message routing, and publish/subscribe patterns
Proven track record in OpenText B2B/EDI integration, automated document processing, and managed integration services using EDIFACT, ANSI X12, AS2, and SFTP
Expertise in REST, SOAP, gRPC, JSON, XML, and flat-file integration patterns
Ability to operate under a values-based framework with personal accountability and mutual respect
Strong active listening, communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate across global, multicultural teams and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced digital environment
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a highly related field
Professional certifications such as MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, SAP Certified Integration Associate, or Solace Certified Engineer are highly desirable
