About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support implementation and deployment of the new cPLM system across Food & Nutrition sites
  • Validate recipes, formulations, raw material specifications, and data structures for accuracy and compliance
  • Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Act as first point of contact for R&D users, providing functional support and guidance
  • Drive data quality by identifying and resolving data gaps and ensuring adherence to global standards
  • Support training, communications, workshops, and deployment readiness activities
  • Partner with stakeholders across R&D, SRA, Procurement, and Digital Technology to improve processes and user adoption
  • Support global stakeholders across Europe and North America
  • Participate in workshops, training, and deployment activities involving international travel

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Chemistry, or a related discipline
  • Experience within Food R&D, Product Development, Raw Materials, Formulation, or Food Innovation
  • Strong understanding of recipes, ingredients, specifications, and food product development processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data quality
  • Comfortable working with digital tools, systems, and new technologies
  • Able to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced transformation environment
  • SAP or PLM experience is a plus
  • Comfortable working flexibly, including occasional meetings outside standard working hours
  • Able to support international travel approximately 2–3 times per year
