About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide exceptional customer experiences for guests
- Work in cashier, selling, or merchandising positions
- Interact directly with customers daily
- Drive daily sales and metrics
- Support a fun, fast-paced retail environment
- Work at the Ethel M Chocolates location at Downtown Summerlin in Las Vegas, Nevada
- Seasonal employment through at least early January 2027, with potential to extend into a permanent position
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
- Must be 18 years old to apply
- No education or previous retail experience required
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
- Resourceful self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Ability to comply with company policies and procedures, including safety, food handling, Quality, Loss Prevention, and Emergency procedures
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
