About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support delivery of Finance Integration and other critical Controllership initiatives within the North America region
- Drive key integration and finance transformation projects
- Partner with Finance, Digital Technologies, and Transformation teams globally and within regions
- Implement future-state processes, systems, and controls
- Support end-to-end deployment of CFIN across North America
- Support acceleration of the regional close process
- Help convert Kellanova’s financial calendar to Mars’ 13-period structure
- Implement accounting policy harmonization between Mars and Kellanova
- Partner with business stakeholders on brand financials reporting and capabilities
- Help implement the restatement of Kellanova’s FY26
- Support Anaplan implementation for joint planning and forecasting
- Support pushdown of Day-1 fair value and PPA adjustments
- Drive alignment of Mars and Kellanova intercompany processes
- Evaluate intercompany requests and assess cost and resource impacts
- Ensure accurate cross-charging and eliminations
- Manage migration of controllership activities from legacy tools, including BPC, into future-state platforms
- Ensure continuity of reporting and controls
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Master's degree preferred
- CPA or other professional certification preferred
- 10+ years of accounting or financial audit experience required
- Consumer Product Goods industry experience required
- SAP Experience or Equivalent ERP system preferred
- Experience leading teams
- Expertise in technical accounting and financial processes
- Experience with scale and complexity in the CPG industry
- Proficiency and experience presenting to senior finance leaders
