About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development and execution of packaging and processing solutions supporting Innovation and Supply Chain initiatives
- Deliver cost-effective, high-quality project scope definition, equipment specifications, and technical recommendations
- Collaborate cross-functionally and align stakeholders
- Apply engineering expertise and sound decision-making to deliver projects that achieve business objectives, improve operational performance, and create sustainable value
- Lead the development and implementation of packaging, manufacturing, and process technologies
- Enhance reliability, efficiency, quality, and productivity across the supply chain
- Deliver safe, sustainable, and consumer-focused solutions
- Foster innovation, continuous improvement, and responsible business practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of work experience in a comparable technical position in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical or related industry, or 15 years of relevant technical experience
- Working knowledge of engineering principles in Process, Packaging, Electrical, Construction and Project Management
- Experience leading and managing projects and project teams
- Effective communication skills to convey complex and/or detailed information to a wide range of individuals and audiences with different knowledge levels
- Ability to travel approximately 50% or more depending on project demands
