About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive internal and external hiring processes across all Mars segments.
- Provide expert recruitment support to Line Managers, P&O Partners, and candidates.
- Develop a deep understanding of market dynamics and leverage insights to partner effectively with Line Managers.
- Build diverse talent pipelines.
- Attract and assess internal and external candidates.
- Ensure a seamless experience throughout the talent acquisition process.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4-7 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the FMCG industry or fast-moving consumer goods sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and assessment methods.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
- Working knowledge on Workday.
