About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute defined sales programs to achieve regional sales and financial goals
  • Lead field sales associates and execute sales strategy and objectives
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders in the business
  • Achieve profitable sales growth objectives within the assigned region through leadership of District Sales Managers
  • Achieve product penetration and focus objectives within the assigned region
  • Implement the Royal Canin Veterinary sales strategy and sales process
  • Coach and develop District Managers to build their business, achieve growth objectives, and meet KPIs
  • Develop a high-performance team collaboration environment
  • Respond to elevated customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and company meetings as required
  • Manage expenses and trade budgets
  • Become thoroughly knowledgeable about the Veterinary product line and sales processes and apply that knowledge to District Managers and clinics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor´s Degree in Business, Administration, Marketing or Animal Science preferred
  • 3+ Years sales experience working with leading multi-functional teams
  • Business acumen in Veterinary industry
  • People Management experience in a mentoring/coaching or line manager role
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
  • Availability to travel 70% of time
  • Mars does not sponsor visas for this role
  • This position is not eligible for relocation benefits
