About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute defined sales programs to achieve regional sales and financial goals
- Lead field sales associates and execute sales strategy and objectives
- Engage internal and external stakeholders in the business
- Achieve profitable sales growth objectives within the assigned region through leadership of District Sales Managers
- Achieve product penetration and focus objectives within the assigned region
- Implement the Royal Canin Veterinary sales strategy and sales process within the assigned region
- Coach and develop District Managers to build their business and achieve growth objectives and KPIs
- Develop a high-performance team collaboration environment through engagement, coaching, and development of direct reports
- Respond to elevated customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and company meetings as required
- Manage expenses and trade budgets
- Become thoroughly knowledgeable about the Veterinary product line and sales processes and apply that knowledge to District Managers and clinics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor´s Degree in Business, Administration, Marketing or Animal Science preferred
- 3+ Years sales experience working with leading multi- functional teams
- Business acumen in Veterinary industry
- People Management experience in a mentoring/coaching or line manager role
- Strong Communication skills
- Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record
- Availability to travel 70% of time
- Mars does not sponsor visas for this role
- This position is not eligible for relocation benefits
