About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle documentation received from insurance brokers using foreign language capabilities
- Perform detailed data entry in internal systems
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and share ideas
- Communicate with stakeholders
- Support policy management, claims, procurement, data management, billing, sales support activities and other operations
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across Europe
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Dutch (B2)
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience
- Previous experience in the insurance sector and/or SSC and/or customer service area
- Ability to build relationships with colleagues
- Open-minded with fast learning capabilities
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- CV must be submitted in English
