About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead STI France’s business development activities in FTL transport.
  • Develop and retain a portfolio of strategic clients.
  • Identify and acquire new clients.
  • Define and implement targeted prospecting initiatives with the Operations/SVC teams.
  • Build lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Lead major commercial negotiations.
  • Actively monitor the market and identify growth and diversification opportunities.
  • Represent STI France to clients, partners, and the Group’s commercial bodies.
  • Contribute to the strategic discussions of the Executive Committee.
  • Participate in developing European synergies.
  • Manage commercial activities using Salesforce.
  • Ensure the reliability of the sales pipeline and visibility into development opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education: Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in Business, Transport, or Supply Chain.
  • Approximately 10 years of experience in B2B business development, ideally in transport or supply chain.
  • Proven prospecting skills.
  • Ability to negotiate complex agreements.
  • Proficiency in a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.
  • Professional English proficiency is essential.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, team-minded, and highly interpersonal.
  • Ability to work closely with operational teams.
  • Availability to work in an international and cross-functional environment.
