About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative and project support to delivery and client-facing teams across the firm
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) preferred
  • 0–2 years of professional experience; internships, part-time roles, or relevant coursework welcome
  • Interest in insurance, finance, regulation, analytics, or consulting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook
  • Willingness to learn new systems and tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to juggle requests from multiple teams and prioritize effectively
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication
  • Adaptability and comfort moving between different teams, tasks, and types of work
