Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct tailored product demonstrations for prospects
Advise prospects on research methodologies, use cases, and solution proposals
Answer technical questions, handle objections, and scope potential solutions during the sales cycle
Design, develop, and conduct initial product training for new sales and customer success hires
Deliver ongoing training on new features, product updates, and best practices
Partner with Customer Success on advanced strategic consulting sessions for high-value customers
Conduct deep-dive sessions to maximize product adoption, retention, and expansion
Synthesize customer feedback from demos and consultations for Product Management and Marketing
Serve as the bridge between the product, sales team, and customers/prospects

What you’ll need

3-5+ years of experience in a Research, Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Product Specialist, or similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment
Deep technical understanding of qualitative and quantitative research, UX Design, or Customer Experience (CX) principles and methodologies
Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Proven ability to design and conduct effective adult learning/training programs
Experience supporting a sales process
Understanding how to align product capabilities with quantifiable business outcomes
Ability to travel regularly for client meetings, training, and company events
