About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute the Amazon commercial strategy for the Showering and Hardware categories
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual financial objectives
- Analyze sales, inventory, and operational data to identify risks and opportunities
- Implement countermeasures to maximize point-of-sale performance
- Track and report key performance indicators including revenue, forecast accuracy, in-stock rates, profitability, and customer experience metrics
- Maintain relationships with key Amazon contacts
- Manage inventory health and address inventory gaps and constraints cross-functionally
- Manage direct fulfillment (dropship) execution and product availability recommendations
- Maintain compliance with Amazon direct fulfillment requirements and performance standards
- Execute new product launches and maintain demand forecasts
- Execute promotional plans and analyze promotional performance
- Track and manage quality investigations and customer concerns through Amazon’s Andon cord process
- Coordinate root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Maintain relationships with Amazon CSM, Vendor Manager Amazon Business partner, and other stakeholders
- Develop and communicate business performance reports
- Operate independently with leadership coaching and oversight
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field required
- 5–8 years of relevant e-commerce, sales, or account management experience
- Demonstrated ability to analyze performance and provide actionable recommendations
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Travel required approximately 5–10%
- Employment eligibility verification required in the United States
