About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute the Amazon commercial strategy for the Showering and Hardware categories
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual financial objectives
  • Analyze sales, inventory, and operational data to identify risks and opportunities
  • Implement countermeasures to maximize point-of-sale performance
  • Track and report KPIs including revenue, forecast accuracy, in-stock rates, profitability, and customer experience metrics
  • Maintain relationships with key Amazon contacts
  • Manage inventory health and address inventory gaps and constraints
  • Manage direct fulfillment (dropship) execution and product availability recommendations
  • Maintain compliance with Amazon direct fulfillment requirements and performance standards
  • Execute new product launches and maintain demand forecasts
  • Execute promotional plans and analyze promotional performance
  • Track quality investigations and customer concerns through Amazon’s Andon cord process
  • Coordinate root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Partner with Amazon CSM, Vendor Manager Amazon Business partner, and other stakeholders
  • Develop and communicate business performance reports to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field required
  • 5–8 years of relevant e-commerce, sales, or account management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze performance and provide actionable recommendations
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • Travel required approximately 5–10%
  • Employment eligibility verification required in the United States
