About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the dealer network across the U.S. and Canada through inbound phone and email communications
Answer product questions and provide product information, availability updates, and lead-time estimates
Assist with custom room design projects and prepare custom quotes
Qualify new projects from inquiry through completion
Process and manage incoming dealer orders, ensuring requests are accurate, complete, and aligned with internal processes
Review project details and help align customer expectations with company capabilities
Support quality assurance throughout the order and quoting process
Act as liaison between dealers and sales, accounting, production planning, and technical support teams
Investigate concerns, coordinate with internal departments, and identify solutions
Manage emails, phone calls, quotes, custom projects, and order activity while maintaining responsiveness and accuracy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience preferred
3–5 years of customer service, administrative, inside sales support, or related experience preferred; candidates with less experience and a strong aptitude for learning are encouraged to apply
Strong written communication skills, including professional email communication and proofreading for accuracy
Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
Experience working directly with customers, dealers, distributors, or business partners
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and OneNote
ERP system experience is helpful
Salesforce experience or ability to learn new systems quickly is a plus
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision
Ability to multitask, solve problems, exercise sound judgment, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes, products, and systems
Frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception
Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete required employment eligibility verification upon hire
