About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Visit assigned Home Depot stores and represent Behr
Drive sales and build relationships with Home Depot managers, associates, Behr representatives, contractors, and residential customers
Train Home Depot associates, Behr team members, and the public on Behr products
Lead in-store classes and demonstrations on painting and staining techniques
Maintain fully stocked, clean, and eye-catching product displays
Order colorants and point-of-purchase materials
Monitor inventory and order needed materials
Travel regularly between stores
Track mileage using an app for reimbursement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Organized, approachable, and professional
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Must be comfortable speaking to groups and able to communicate clearly
Occasional lifting of up to 75 lbs.
Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and shifts extending until 7pm
Ability to travel consistently and regularly between stores
Must supply a copy of license and insurance information upon offer
Ability to manage business in five or more Home Depot stores
