About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Visit assigned Home Depot stores and represent Behr
Drive sales and build relationships with Home Depot managers, associates, Behr representatives, professional contractors, and residential customers
Train Home Depot associates, Behr team members, and the public on Behr’s product line
Lead in-store classes or demonstrations on staining decks, painting trim, and selecting finishes
Merchandise paint chips, brochures, and products; maintain clean, vibrant displays
Monitor inventory and order colorants and point-of-purchase materials
Travel regularly between stores and track mileage for reimbursement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Organized, approachable, professional, and ready to manage every aspect of Behr-related business in five or more Home Depot stores
Comfortable speaking to groups and able to communicate clearly
Merchandising skills
Occasional lifting of up to 75 lbs
Travel between stores on a consistent and regular basis
Ability to use an app to track mileage for reimbursement
Supply a copy of license and insurance information upon offer
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Must be eligible for employment in the United States
