About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical development and implementation support for Oracle Banking Products such as OBP, OBLM, and OBVAM
Use out-of-the-box functionality through configuration or customization development with the Extensibility Toolkit
Perform requirements analysis with the SME/BA team and review business requirements documents
Support demand pipeline management, solution design, delivery planning, and execution
Design end-to-end production, integration, and architecture solutions
Collaborate with internal and external technology partners to finalize solution designs
Review solutions with the solution review board and share approved solutions with the business
Finalize effort, cost estimates, and delivery timelines with technology partners and submit them for approval and planning
Track delivery of functional specification documents and code drops for retrospectives, releases, and testing
Lead test execution, defect triage, and resolution across testing phases
Lead production release planning, deployment, post-production sanity checks, RFCs, CRB reviews, and go-live coordination
Lead post-production warranty support and escalations before and after handover to production support/RTB teams
Ensure activities and deliverables comply with Technology policies, governance frameworks, and guidelines

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
Relevant professional certifications
4+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Banking Products, including Extensibility Toolkit, OBP, and OBMA (OBLM, OBVAM) back-end customizations
Hands-on experience with OJET framework, HTML, CSS, jQuery, Netflix Conductor workflows, PL/SQL, and SQL
Exposure to the OBRH (Oracle Banking Routing Hub) layer of OBMA
Experience in OBP and OBMA product installations and Oracle product patchset installation and deployment
Knowledge of OBP and OBMA debugging, issue analysis, and development flow
Knowledge of integration methodology with Flexcube Core for accounting
8–10 years of hands-on development experience in Java, J2EE, EJB, Spring Boot, JavaScript frameworks, and Oracle Database
8–10 years of hands-on experience with SOAP, JSON, XML, messaging, and REST/microservices
Ability to work in a cloud environment and DevOps toolchain
